The chemical-pharmaceutical enterprise VESTA was founded.
The ZANKL & SONS enterprise was founded as a branch of the company A. ZAHAL SOHNE – FARBENWERKE OD GRAZ (Austria).
The state enterprise was established in 1954 through the takeover of the AURORA organic chemical factory, the VESTA chemical-pharmaceutical enterprise, and the ZANKL & SONS enterprise.
SINTEZA S.A. is established by Government Decree no. 1213/20.11.1990, through the transfer of the entire assets of the State Chemical Enterprise SINTEZA - one of the first chemical product
manufacturers in Romania.
The shares of SINTEZA S.A. are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the symbol STZ.
