Our philosophy, our principles

Achieving business goals by maintaining core values, this is our philosophy, our basic attitude.
At SINTEZA S.A. it is very important that the way we conduct our business and the way we achieve our business objectives do not deviate from the principles of ethical conduct embedded in our core values.
As an enterprise with a long tradition, we do not want to think in terms of quarterly results, but in years and generations. We act on what is good for the company in the long run. And we have been doing this for more than 115 years.
With so much experience, we know that the only constant in life is change. That’s why we respond innovatively, quickly and flexibly – to the requirements of our customers and to changing markets, as well as to environmental challenges.
Our relationships with other people inside and outside Sinteza SA are based on mutual respect, open communications and unquestionable integrity.
Integrity as a basic way of dealing with others is a fundamental value for us. At the very least, each of us must fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations in each country in which we operate.
Our goal is to do what we say we will do, to protect ourselves against promises and poor performance, and to quickly correct any shortcomings. This is the very reason why we are successful even in special times.
